RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE CONTRACT
The consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
The deadline for withdrawal from the contract expires after 30 days from the day on which the Customer (or a third party other than the carrier indicated by the Customer) took possession of the goods.
HOW TO WITHDRAW FROM THE CONTRACT
To exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by post or email):

You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us), within 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned goods or proof of their return.

The refund will be processed within 14 days from the date of receiving the complaint together with the returned goods.
The refund will be made using the same payment methods that were used by the Customer in the original transaction, unless the Customer has expressly agreed to a different solution. In any case, the Customer will not incur any fees in connection with this refund.
The refund is made:
- To the bank account from which the payment was made (in case of payment by bank transfer or payment card)
- In the same form in which the payment was made

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof of return of the goods, whichever is earlier.
RETURN OF GOODS
The goods should be returned to: Anima & Art Sp. z o.o. Drwęcka 1A lok. 5 87-400 Golub-Dobrzyń Poland
Return period: within 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 30 days has expired.
Return shipping is free of charge. The Seller covers the return shipping costs by providing a free return label or arranging for the collection of the parcel at our expense.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
RETURN CONDITIONS
Returned goods must be:
- In original packaging
- Undamaged
- Complete (with all accessories and documentation)
- Without signs of use
- In a condition that allows resale
COMPLAINTS
In the event of a defect in the goods, the Customer has the right to make a complaint based on warranty or guarantee (if granted).

The complaint should include:
- Description of the defect
- Order number
- Contact details
- Customer's request (repair, replacement, price reduction, withdrawal from the contract)
- Photos documenting the defect (if applicable)
We will process the complaint within 14 days of receiving it.
Refund in case of a justified complaint will be made within 14 days from the date of accepting the complaint.
WARRANTY
We provide a 5-year manufacturer's warranty on all our products.
The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects.
The warranty does not cover:
- Mechanical damage resulting from improper use
- Damage resulting from incorrect installation
- Natural wear and tear of the product
Detailed warranty conditions are available in the documentation attached to the product.
EXCLUSIONS
The right to withdraw from the contract does not apply in the case of:
- Products made to the Customer's special order (non-standard products, custom-made)
- Products which, after delivery, due to their nature, have been inseparably combined with other items

PAYMENT REFUND TIMELINE
- Complaint submission: Customer contacts us within 30 days of receiving goods
- Complaint review: Up to 14 days from receipt of complaint
- Refund processing: Within 14 days from complaint approval
- Bank transfer time: 1-3 business days (depending on the customer's bank)
FINAL PROVISIONS
This return policy complies with the provisions of the Consumer Rights Act and the Civil Code of the Republic of Poland.
In matters not regulated by this policy, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
For international customers, the return policy is subject to Polish law and EU consumer protection regulations.
