- Other countries (according to available options in the Store)

§ 3. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
IMPORTANT: Delivery times vary depending on product type and destination:
STANDARD LED MIRRORS:
- Preparation time: 1-3 business days from payment confirmation
- Delivery time Poland: 2-5 business days
- Delivery time EU: 5-10 business days
- Delivery time outside EU (e.g., USA): 10-21 business days
- Total time: 3-8 business days (Poland), 6-13 business days (EU)
CUSTOMIZED/PERSONALIZED MIRRORS (non-standard shapes, custom designs):
- Preparation time: up to 14 business days from payment confirmation
- Delivery time Poland: 2-5 business days
- Delivery time EU: 5-10 business days
- Delivery time outside EU: 10-21 business days
- Total time: up to 14 business days (Poland), up to 24 business days (EU), up to 35 business days (international)
The customer will be informed about the expected delivery time before order confirmation.
§ 4. DROPSHIPPING MODEL
We operate on a dropshipping basis with our manufacturing partner:

All products are shipped directly from our manufacturer's warehouse in Golub-Dobrzyń. This ensures the highest quality control and fastest processing times.
§ 5. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated automatically when placing an order and depend on:
- Selected delivery method
- Weight and dimensions of the shipment
- Destination country
Exact shipping costs are displayed before order finalization.
§ 6. DELIVERY METHODS
We offer the following delivery methods:
- Courier (delivery to the specified address)
- Parcel lockers
- Postal shipment
- Other methods available in the Store
§ 7. TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT
After shipping your order, you will receive a tracking number via email that allows you to track the delivery status on the carrier's website.
§ 8. RECEIVING THE SHIPMENT
The customer is required to check the condition of the shipment in the presence of the courier. In case of damage to the packaging or product:
- Prepare a damage report with the courier

- Send photos of the damaged shipment
§ 9. INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
For international deliveries, additional customs duties, import taxes, or other administrative fees may apply.
The customer is responsible for all additional customs and tax fees related to importing goods to the destination country.
The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.
